How do I curve a tattoo design for an armband?
Upload the design and move the Bend control left or right. The artwork follows a circular arc so lettering and patterns curve as one design.
Will curving the design stretch the artwork?
The tool maps the design along an arc rather than using a simple skew. Strong bends can still change the perceived spacing, so review the result before export.
Can I remove the background from the design?
Yes. Use the background remover and adjust its tolerance until the background clears without removing important light details from the artwork.
Does the saved PNG have a transparent background?
Yes, when background removal has created transparency. The exported PNG is trimmed around the visible artwork for easier use in Try-On or Stencil Maker.
Does Tattools upload or store my design?
Design Prep runs on your device in the browser. The source artwork is not uploaded or kept by Tattools as a design library.
